OTP Help
What to do if OTP does not arrive
OTP delay can happen because of weak mobile signal, a busy SMS gateway, network switching, dual-SIM confusion or repeated request limits. Wait a short while, keep the same SIM active, and check whether the message is blocked by spam filters. Do not ask a Telegram or WhatsApp account to receive OTP for you.
If an OTP arrives after you leave the page, do not paste it into a new link from a social message. Return only to the page you were checking earlier, and restart the login flow if the code has expired. OTP belongs to account access and should never be shared as proof of identity.
Password And Captcha
Password reset and captcha issues
A wrong password message may come from a typing error, an old saved password, a changed account detail or an expired session. Use password reset only from a page address you trust. If the reset asks for information that feels unrelated, stop and check the route again.
Captcha problems are usually simple: the image expired, the browser cached an older page, or the network dropped during submission. Refresh once, type the new captcha slowly, and avoid using auto-fill tools that may submit a stale code.
Mobile Habits
Safe mobile login habits
On mobile, open the page from a saved bookmark only after you confirm it is correct. Avoid logging in from shared Wi-Fi at cafes, hostels or public offices when account or payment details may be visible. If you must use a public device, do not save passwords and sign out before leaving.
Clear browser sessions after sensitive use, keep your phone lock active and do not install screen-sharing apps suggested by strangers. A safe login routine is slower, but it protects OTP, password and recovery details.
